Happy New Year! Amidst challenges in 2023, we are grateful for your support. Despite office moves and a team illness, we're thrilled for a fresh start in 2024. Las Vegas real estate saw a modest 6% YoY increase, with median home prices at $449,900. Transaction volume dropped 42%, impacting affordability due to rising interest rates. Looking ahead to 2024, I anticipate a similar market, expecting increased transactions and rising home prices as improved rates boost affordability. Let's navigate the year together – some predict doom, others a housing boom, but I believe stability is on the horizon. Cheers to a prosperous 2024!
